Hildegard Von Bingen is one of the most extraordinary women in documented history.
She has been an inspiration to many of us.

The one-of-a-kind focal piece is a praying mantis, carved from aventurine, it is reminiscent of some of the depictions "creatures" in her illuminations. The focal is detachable, as is the small spirit tag of Hildegard.

The complementary beads are aventurine and jasper nuggets.  The metal findings are copper.
