Our "Spirit Tag" is a medallion in sterling silver, with the image of the saint/angel/hero magnified under domed glass. We include a 24" black ball-chain (adjustable by trimming) and a sterling spring-ring.

(They are also engrave-able, see below - but we no longer do it.) 

Each tag comes in a velour pouch with a small message card saying:
May the spirit of (the saint you chose) go with you.

Also included is a Greeting card with envelope, with the story on the inside left.
